Grief Counselling
Overcoming the loss of a loved one is one of the hardest things you will have to do.
Remy provides grief counselling for clients wishing to discuss your feelings and will help you accept and manage those feelings as they arise.
Remember! During this period you should allow yourself space to grieve. Give yourself space and time to pay respect to your loved one. Look after yourself, be your own friend. Keep memories and mementos of the person. Make sure others around you understand how they can best help you. During this period it is important you are honest with yourself and others about how you are feeling and what you need. Finally, know that the process will involve pain and you will get through this period.
If you feel in need of immediate help, contact Lifeline. They will provide short-term telephone support and can send a free information pack.
